Katie and her mother came to understand the strong bond between Leia and her grandfather when he was hospitalized and unable to have his beloved pet by his side. The situation turned into a scary moment for Katie’s family when her father fell ill during a celebratory dinner outing.
Afterwards, the man was admitted to the hospital and his wife had to leave. Everyone was worried about his health, but Leia felt the most upset.
